Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Dishula account and its associated data directly in the App:

• Open Dishula and go to the Profile tab
• Tap the gear icon to open Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Optionally tell us why you're leaving, then confirm

If you no longer have access to the App or your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us from the email address registered to your account:

• Email privacy@dishula.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
• Send the request from the email address associated with your Dishula account so we can verify ownership
• We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days

When your account is deleted:

• Your username, email address, name, age range, Instagram handle (if provided), and profile photo are deleted or anonymized
• Your user ID is removed from all associated records
• Dishes and reviews you created remain visible in the App but are attributed to “Deleted User” and are no longer linked to your identity
• An anonymized record of the deletion (date and optional reason, with no personal identifiers) is kept for our compliance audit trail
• Certain data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes
